Canal Place will be hosting a webinar session in the Canal Place Conference Room, 3rd Floor of the Western Maryland Railway Station. The event will start at 1:00 pm. on January 17, 2018.

A few reminders and updates on items that are new this year to the MHAA Grants:
* The minimum grant request for project grants is now $5,000
* Applicants are encouraged to provide match documentation by June 1 – if they do, applicants will get a few extra points in the scoring criteria. If they are not able to provide match documentation at that time, they can be awarded a grant on the condition that they provide full match documentation no later than September 30.
Intent to Apply Forms are now being accepted and are due in no later than 11:59 p.m. on January 26, 2018.
The Full application is due in to the Canal Place Heritage Area by March 14, 2018.
